I still used the same ingredients but caramelised the condensed milk, coffee crystals (sugar) and butter in the microwave for around 5 minutes (time depends on your brand of milk) then mixed in a tablespoon of Moconna instant coffee dissolved in a little hot water then mixed in all the rest of the ingredients, pressed into a tin, iced, then in the fridge to cool.
