  • 1 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 125g melted butter
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence

  • 1 cup Chelsea Icing Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 30g butter
  • 2 Tbsp hot water

Method

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Add melted butter and vanilla. Mix well. Press into a 25 x 15 cm microwave proof slice tin. Cook on high power for 3 1/2 minutes. Cool in tin.
Icing : Melt butter and water on high for 1 minute. Add to sifted dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and glossy. Pour over slice. (Sprinkle with coconut if desired). Cut when icing is set.
