Method

Preheat oven to 90°C conventional or 70°C fan forced.
Beat egg white, vinegar and Chelsea White Sugar in a small bowl with electric mixer for about 10 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Fold in cocoa.
Line an oven tray with baking paper. Place teaspoonfuls of mixture onto oven tray and sprinkle with coconut. Bake for 50 minutes and allow to cool in oven.
