Method

Beat Egg Whites until stiff and then slowly add Chelsea White Sugar.
Fold in Dates, Almonds and Chocolate, place in a foil lined and greased 25cm spring form cake tin.
Bake at 165 Degrees Celsius for 1.5 hours.
