I made this recipe and they are delicious! I didn't have oats so I used chunky oaty muesli and Whittakers white chocolate and it was even better. They do look very pale as though they aren't fully cooked - but they are.

This recipe is a family favourite! It's relatively quick and easy and the mixture goes a long way. I have been using this recipe with white sugar cos that's the pack I found it on originally. If I don't have condensed milk, I make it without and it still tastes good.
Pre-heat oven to 160°C bake or 140°C fan-forced. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
Beat Tararua Butter, condensed milk and Chelsea Raw Sugar or Chelsea Organic Raw Sugar together until pale and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Place tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and place on the prepared trays. Flatten slightly. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Leave on the trays for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
