CHELSEA SUGAR: Hi there, these cookies will keep well for about a week in an airtight container :)
Place tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and place on the prepared trays. Flatten slightly. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Leave on the trays for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
