Great easy recipe, just be mindful when mixing the milk and butter as I accidentally poured the milk into the butter which resulted in curdled milk/ butter.

Don't recommend. 220 is too high for the entire time - suggest 220 for 5 mins and 180 for the rest. 4tsp baking power is a bit excessive for a choc chip muffin. Didn't taste nice, we gave them to the birds.

Preheat oven to 220°C bake. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases.
In a large bowl, stir flour, Chelsea Caster Sugar, baking powder and salt together.
In a separate bowl, whisk milk, butter, eggs and vanilla until combined. Fold into flour mixture together with the chocolate chips. Don't over mix or muffins will be tough.
Spoon into prepared tin. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until muffins spring back when lightly pressed on top, and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Delicious served warm!
Special thanks to Allyson Gofton for use of this Best Ever Recipe.
