Tasted okay, but the cooking and cooling times are off and the food processor does a poor job of making dough with the amount of flour required, it would be better done by hand in a large bowl and I ended up rebaking for @ 100 degrees for another 30/40 minutes to achieve biscotti texture and crunch, otherwise it would have just been a plain old biscuit., approved=true, user_name=Cat, hs_createdate=1702249877809, rating_new__1_5_=2, id=11175427081}, {comment_text=Need to reduce sugar and chocolate quantity, approved=true, user_name=Karen, hs_createdate=1702249858284, rating_new__1_5_=3, id=11175604542}, {comment_text=Not enough dough for the nuts/chocolate - log difficult to roll and cut. Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a food processor, mix butter, flour, baking powder and sugar. Add the nuts and chocolate and eggs mixing until it just forms a workable dough. Form into one or two long sausage shapes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn it off. Cool for 10 minutes. Using a serrated knife, slice on an angle into individual wafers, about 5mm thick.
Lay the slices flat on a baking sheet and return to the oven to dry for approximately 5-10 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
