- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups slightly crushed cornflakes

Method
In a large microwave proof bowl, melt the margarine or butter with the sugar (1 min).
Add the cocoa and coconut, mix, then add and egg, mix. Then fold in the dry ingredients.
Pour into a square silicon baking tray.
Bake for 15 mins 180°C.
Leave to cool before turning out and slicing.
