However, the 8 mins baking time on the website is incorrect. We baked for 18 mins, perhaps it was too much but the cookies hardened as they cooled and were crispy throughout. They were great dunking cookies though and great with milk or tea. Recommend adding less baking soda next time as we could taste it., approved=true, user_name=Shonifam, hs_createdate=1702249876686, rating_new__1_5_=3, id=11175427000}, {comment_text=A- Mazing biscuitsOnly added one cup of sugar, approved=true, user_name=meiana, hs_createdate=1702249874136, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11175659343}, {comment_text=I love these cookies, but I add a bit of oil to add moisture to the mixture otherwise it is too dry. This may also be because I use egg replacer and olivani instead of actual egg and butter as my daughter is allergic. I also use super dark chocolate for the same reasons. The whole family love these. My husband says they taste like subway biscuits :) caution they do spread further than I expected too., approved=true, user_name=Laura Parker, hs_createdate=1702249874074, rating_new__1_5_=4, id=11175656343}, {comment_text=Great recipe very yummy, approved=true, user_name=Gabby, hs_createdate=1702249873907, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11175607464}, {comment_text=This seriously is the best cookie recipe available online. I have made the NYC cookies. They suck in comparison. In not even sure why exactly. But these are far superior in recipe malleability. You really can't stuff these up. So good. We typically do about 25gram balls., approved=true, user_name=Joshua King, hs_createdate=1702249873871, rating_new__1_5_=5, id=11174084747}, {comment_text=It is yum but to much soft brown sugar, approved=true, user_name=Yo mama, hs_createdate=1702249873772, rating_new__1_5_=4, id=11175457029}, {comment_text=its awsomly gay, approved=true, user_name=nothomiphobic, hs_createdate=1702249873338, rating_new__1_5_=3, id=11175572842}]}

Makes approx. 20 - 24 biscuits.

Additional tips
