Method
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Cream butter and Chelsea White Sugar until smooth, add egg and beat until fluffy.
Add milk and mix in.
Stir in carrot. Sift in dry ingredients and mix.
Add chocolate chips and mix together.
Roll teaspoon fulls onto a tray lined with baking paper.
Cook for around 10-12 mins or until golden brown.
