  • 60g Butter
  • ½ cup Chelsea Dark Cane Sugar, firmly packed
  • ¾ cup cream
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • ⅓ cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1 ½ cups prepared vanilla custard

Method

Place butter and Chelsea Dark Cane Sugar in a saucepan, stir over a medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes until sugar dissolves.
Remove pan from heat and stir in cream, yoghurt, bananas and half the almonds. Set aside to cool.
Alternately layer banana mixture and custard into 4 tall serving glasses. Top with remaining almonds.
