  • 2 Cooking Apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Apple Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Brandy
  • 4 Dried Figs, Chopped
  • 4 Scoops Vanilla Ice cream

Method

Melt butter in large saucepan, add apples and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
Stir in Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar, apple juice, brandy and figs. Cook, stirring, over a low heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 - 8 minutes, or until apples are tender.  Serve with ice cream.
