Agree with many of the others - its a great, easy recipe but can come out more like a cake than a brownie. Brownies should be cooked at a lower temperature. I tweaked it a little and now it's my go-to recipe (although super rich!).Add 1/2 cup of choc chips/drops and 2/3rds cup of white choc buttons. Cook at 160 (fan oven) for 25 to 30 mins.
