I doubled the recipe, and used 8 bananas as it is how many i had defrosted and didnt want to waste any. Also added walnuts and oil over butter mostly because im lazy. I really like this recipe! I doubled the recipe, and used 8 bananas as it is how many i had defrosted and didnt want to waste any. Also added walnuts and oil over butter mostly because im lazy. Looks dry and like you are missing milk but trust the process.
Grease a loaf tin (approximately 22-24cm x 13cm) and line with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180°C bake.
Peel bananas and place in a large bowl. Mash well.
Add all other ingredients and stir to combine. Pour into prepared loaf tin.
If adding the topping, place sliced banana halves on top and sprinkle with Chelsea Coffee Sugar Crystals.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Leave to cool in tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
