Crepes were delicious definitely recomend, didn't wait an hour but they still turned out fine.

Just made these, you would probably make sure you want to sieve the mixture first, so it's not lumpy. I used Nutella as filling and icing sugar on top. Barely managed to make 4 from this, but it was just for myself so I'm not complaining. The result after cooked, was very sensational chewiness (after you fold it 2 times, it's no longer as thin), moist and well balancemd. Most traditional Crêpes are cooked until golden but it is still all round a decent recipe. Thank you, and enjoy!

I liked it, although every time I make them I ad 1 tbsp instead of 1tsp of vanilla and I definitely do not wait 1 hour

Method
Mix flour with water and milk.
Then add the egg into the batter, followed with the vanilla essence and salt.
Whisk the batter then add the butter. Mix until just combined.
Rest the batter in room temperature for about an hour or so.
To cook the crepe, grease some butter on a pan and turn on the heat.
Slowly pour a thin layer of the batter in the pan.
When the outer side of the crepe started to curl, flip the crepe and cook for less than a minute.
Take out the crepe and put it on a plate and cover with kitchen towel to maintain its fluffiness.
To assemble the crepe, spread some nutella on top, add sliced bananas and strawberries.
Fold the left and right side of the crepe.
Scoop your favourite ice cream, drizzle some chocolate sauce and dust with Chelsea Icing Sugar.
