Here is an easy fudge recipe that is both no cook and easy, from our recipe club member Frances Cribb. It's rich and filling and makes a perfect dessert.

Method

Melt the butter and sugar together, then add the cocoa and the vanilla essence. Take off the heat and let cool. Add the egg and beat in well, then add crushed biscuits and press into a greased tin. Put in the fridge to set before slicing into squares.
