Method

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place Chelsea Demerara Sugar, coconut, nuts and butter in a small saucepan and cook, stirring over a gentle heat for 2-3 minutes or until ingredients are combined.
Arrange apricot halves in shallow ovenproof dish and sprinkle over topping. Bake at 220°C for 8-10 minutes.
