Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place apricot halves on the base of a 20cm flan dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except Chelsea Icing Sugar in a food processor, blend until smooth. Pour batter over apricots.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Dust with Chelsea Icing Sugar, serve hot.
