Fourth time making a double batch. Easily the tastiest way for us to use up the apples from our tree.
Place ingredients in a large stainless steel or enamel saucepan and bring slowly to the boil, stirring to dissolve the Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar. Simmer gently, stirring from time to time until mixture is thick, about 1 1/2 hours.
