I made jam for the first time today and used this simple recipe. I absolutely nailed it! The taste and smell of it were so satisfying that I for sure will be making this again! The Chelsea jam setting sugar was amazing! it was so simple to do and not that time consuming! Thanks heaps Chelsea.
In a large saucepan combine berries, apples, water and Chelsea Jam Setting Sugar. Cook over a low heat stirring until sugar has dissolved. Increase heat and boil rapidly for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, then test a small amount on a cold plate, (the surface of the jam should wrinkle when a spoon is pushed through it). Spoon into hot, sterilised glass jars and seal.
