It tastes wonderful and spectacular.

Method
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
Put in a greased tin and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Result is a moist slice type cake.

- 2 Tbsp Chelsea White Sugar
- ½ tsp finely grated lemon zest (optional)
- 1 cup Meadow Fresh Milk (or Soy/Rice milk) (250ml)
