  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Gelatine
  • 3 Teaspoons Water
  • 1 Dessertspoon Chelsea White Sugar

Method

Bring the milk to the boil, sprinkle in the semolina, simmer for 10 minutes, stirring all the time.
Dissolve the gelatine in the water over low heat.
Remove semolina from heat, stir in the Chelsea White Sugar and gelatine. Add essence gradually.
Rinse a small mould with cold water, put teaspoon of jam in the mould.
Pour in the semolina mixture and leave until cold. Turn out and serve with cream.
