Chocolate mixture
Cream cheese mixture
Preheat oven to 180°C bake / 160°C fan bake. Line the base and sides of a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
Brownie
Place the chocolate, sugar, yoghurt, butter, vanilla essence and cocoa powder in a large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until chocolate and butter melt and the mixture is well combined. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool slightly. Whisk in the eggs then stir in the flour and baking powder.
Cream Cheese
Place the cream cheese, icing sugar, egg and vanilla essence in a medium bowl. Beat until well combined and smooth.
Pour brownie mixture into prepared tin. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the top. Use a skewer to swirl the cream cheese mixture through the chocolate mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the mixture is set.
Leave to cool in tin for 1 hour before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
